Description

Lantana 'Christine' is a reliable shrub that loves heat. It does well in Southern California but is considered invasive in certain areas of FL and in HI. This plant can easily reach 6' tall and spread 4' wide. It does best in full sun with well draining, sandy or loam soil.Established plants are fairly drought tolerant. Rounded flowers of pink, yellow and white cover the plant from spring through fall. Berries are poisonous as well as foliage. Flowers have a faint citrus-sage scent to some gardeners; others consider scent odorous. Butterflies love this plant.
