Epilobium canum 'Catalina'
Catalina California Fuchsia
Description
This variety of California Fuchsia is a relatively tall upright flowering perennial, up to 5 ft tall. It is extremely showy when in full bloom in late summer and early fall. But the big bonus to this plant is hummingbirds which visit this perennial in droves. Catalina Fuchsia will grow in full sun to part shade but it prefers good drainage with a little extra water. The flower color is orange/red.
